  7. Reports and Correspondence:
    1. Treasurer’s Report: Cindy Hotz
    2. Road Service Area (RSA) 31: NEED A NEW VOLUNTEER
    3. Community Assistance Program (CAP): Kalee Bowen
    4. Crime Watch Report: Jeff Myers
  8. VIII.Public Comment (3 min./person) 
  9. Old Business:  
    1. New Website Update – Be sure to check regularly for important updates and information.
    2. Fire Department Restructuring – Report on proposed plan going forward.
    3. CERT Update – Need help setting up CERT training date.
  10. New Business:   
    1. Spring Clean-up: Now till July 10th, Sign up in the Post Office. Leave bags behind Community Center Pavilion. Community BBQ will be July 17th, starting at 1:00 pm.
    2. Disaster Relief Program for Chickaloon.
