COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - CAP

Summary of CAP Project: The state of Alaska Community Revenue Sharing Program provides funds each year to Alaska's boroughs, cities, and unincorporated communities to cover basic public services. The funds can be used at the discretion of the community for any public purpose which will benefits the community. Proejcts are to be submitted to the Chickaloon Community Council (CCC) Revenue Sharing Committtee for review and subsequent presentation to communit members. Projects will be voted on b the community, either at CCC meetings (for proejcts totaling less that $2,000) or twice a year by mail-out ballot vote.

Project ideas can be submitted at any time, but projects to be completed in the summer should be RECEIVED at the CCC PO Box by April 15th for voting and approval to be completed by June.
