CAP Application CHICKALOON COMMUNITY COUNCIL COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - CAP (A.K.A COMMUNITY REVENUE SHARING) (This for is to-date and supersedes all previous versions) 3/25 Summary of CAP Project: The state of Alaska Community Revenue Sharing Program provides funds each year to Alaska's boroughs, cities, and unincorporated communities to cover basic public services. The funds can be used at the discretion of the community for any public purpose which will benefits the community. Proejcts are to be submitted to the Chickaloon Community Council (CCC) Revenue Sharing Committtee for review and subsequent presentation to communit members. Projects will be voted on b the community, either at CCC meetings (for proejcts totaling less that $2,000) or twice a year by mail-out ballot vote.
